The weight of zinc coating is different for different materials, which is meet the quality testing standard of EN10244-2:2001. Normal Hot dipped galvanized material's zinc coating is 40-80g/㎡,
Heavy galvanized material's zinc coating is 220-300g/㎡,
Galfan material's zinc coating is 220-500g/㎡,
We support customization of special galvanizing quantities, such as over 300g/㎡, over 400g/㎡, around 500g/㎡, etc. And the tensile strength of different materials also varies, generally ranging from 350-550MPA, and even up to 800MPA, all meet the quality testing standard of EN ISO 6892-1:2016.
